How To Download And Install Xbox 360 Games From USB

Microsoft, a long time ago made it easy to download and install Xbox 360 games from a USB flash drive instead of installing the games from the DVD. So in this article, I am going to teach you the method of downloading and installing Xbox 360 games from a USB flash drive.

Method To Download Xbox 360 Games

So first, you need to go to this website http://corneey.com/w3mxOt and once it is opened, skip the ad and a new website will open so search for the game you want to download for your Xbox 360 and choose the Jtag/RGH version of the game. You can also choose the ISO version. So after choosing the game, install the parts of the game one by one through Mega and place them in a new folder. 

After that step, install WinRar on your PC, choose all the parts of the game, right click on them and select the option Extract Here.

Now wait for 2-3 minutes. After all the parts of the game have been extracted successfully, you will need to install Xex Menu 1.2 on your Xbox 360 console in order to play the games. Once the Xex Menu 1.2 zip file is installed on your PC, turn on your Xbox 360 console, go to the settings of it and select the storage option. Connect your USB flash drive (Minimum 8 GB) to the Xbox 360 console and it will show up. Then click on it and choose Format

Now wait for the USB flash drive to be formatted completely and once it is formatted, disconnect the USB flash drive from the Xbox 360 console and go back to your PC. Connect your USB to the PC and open it.

Now click on the view menu on the top of the USB flash drive and click on options. A pop up window will open. Then go to the view menu, click on show hidden files, folders and drivers and click OK.

Now you will be able to see a Content folder. Open it. Extract the Xex Menu 1.2 zip file into the Content folder and again disconnect the USB from the PC and connect the USB to your Xbox 360 console. Go to the settings, choose storage option and select your USB. Then go to the demos and and select the Xex Menu 1.2. Now click on Move option and choose the Hard Drive.

So you have successfully installed  Xex Menu 1.2 on your Xbox 360 console and now you will have to copy the game to the USB flash drive.

Connect the USB to your PC, locate the game which you downloaded earlier and copy it. Now paste the game to the USB flash drive and it will be moved to the USB in 4-5 minutes depending on the size of the game. After moving the game to the USB, again disconnect the USB from the PC and connect it to the Xbox 360 console. Now go to the My Games and open Xex Menu 1.2. After that copy and paste the game to the Hard Drive of the Xbox 360 console and to play the game, you will need to open the game folder and click on Default.xex file.
