Nokia 8.2 - Nokia's First Pop-up Selfie Camera Phone

2019 appears to be the year of pop-up camera phones. We've seen many famous phone manufacturers like Xiaomi, OnePlus, Realme, and others adopting the selfie pop-up module to provide customers with a full-screen experience. Well, it appears now that Nokia is also looking to enter this group with her own pop-up camera phone. Perhaps this smartphone could be the mid-range Nokia 8.2. Whatever you're looking for here. According to a new article from tipster Ishan Agarwal, it is anticipated that Nokia 8.2 will arrive with a 32MP selfie pop-up camera. There's no information supposed to be picked on the selfie sensor HMD Global, but it's probable to be GD1 or Omnivision OV32A devices from Samsung. Both use Quad-Bayer technology to produce 8MP pictures, a method with which we have become very acquainted due to the success of 48MP cameras on the market. Whatever you're looking for here. It has also been reported that Nokia 8.2 will upgrade to a fresh 700-series Snapdragon chipset relative to the Nokia 8.1 Snapdragon 710 chipset. We expect the company to opt for the Snapdragon 730G. Up to 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of onboard storage will be combined. The report also says it will come out of the box with Android Q, which isn't really an enormous deal as Nokia is a component of the Android One program.

At the time, the data on the first pop-up camera phone from Nokia is quite scarce. We don't even understand how many devices Nokia 8.2 will function on the back–potentially 3 as it would come in line with last year's Nokia 7.2 (Nokia X71) and a dual-camera upgrade on Nokia 8.1. However, studies indicate that Nokia 8.2 could see the day of light towards the end of Q3 2019, we have no word on an official release date. This implies that in a couple of months we can expect HMD Global to unveil this mid-ranger going up against the Redmi K20 like. What's your thinking about this?
