Command and Conquer: Rivals Review

Command and Conquer: Rivals Review
Just a reminder, the Command & Conquer series is a well-known real-time strategy game owned by the publisher of Electronic Arts which has long been present on PC. Long absent, this one game suddenly appeared on a smartphone. If on a PC first, the game system refers more to a single player, aka offline. Whereas the mobile series has followed the current trend, namely multiplayer PvP. Yes, more or less like Clash Royale. So you guys should have no trouble playing it.
In Command & Conquer: Rivals, we will be dealing 1 vs 1 against other players in real-time. The gameplay mechanism is simple, which first destroys enemy bases, is the winner.
In our game and the opponent will be given unlimited time to destroy each other's headquarters. To do this, we need to build a barrack to recruit troops.
The types of troops provided are of course diverse, as is Clash Royale. So far I have only found two types of units, namely land and air. Ground units ranging from human troops, combat cars, to robots. While air forces are warplanes.
Now to recruit troops, we also need to create a harvester or resource search unit (resources). These resources will be used to make barrack and recruit troops.
Interestingly, we are given the option to choose how to destroy the enemy base. First is by directly mobilizing troops to attack the headquarters to the point.
Or the second way is to seize the point of nuclear power. If we succeed in mastering that point within a certain period of time, the nuclear will be blown automatically towards enemy bases. And we need two nuclear fire to burn the enemy base.
As a PvP online game, Command & Conquer: Rivals also offers all the same systems and mechanisms as most online games. Starting from leveling, gathering cards for troop types, to opening prize chests that can take up to hours.
Not to forget we can also make a clan or join an existing clan. Each clan can be inhabited by up to 30 people where we can chat with each other or ask for an upgrade card.
If you have reached level 9, you will be able to play using the new faction. Yes, in this game two forces factions are provided: GCI and NOD. GCI is a future force with advanced technology. While NOD is a space army.
Now, the question is, how heavy is this game and how good is the visual quality? In a way, this game presents an attractive graphic accompanied by detailed visual effects, such as fire or explosion effect.
And interestingly, I've tried using an entry-level smartphone, mid-range, to flagship. Starting from using the Snapdragon 450 chipset to Snapdragon 845, the game runs smoothly.
